I signed WHAT?!?

It's not that bad. You'll notice a project missing from my portfolio. Turns out my previous employer hasn't received permission from a client to show the work as their own (even though the site is publicly viewable, and has been for a month or two). Also turns out that someone there saw my site. And said something to someone who emailed me.

Of course, that sounds really bad. Anyone reading this is waiting for the part where I say that I'm gettinng my pants sued off.

It's not. I got a reminder of what I had signed and that I'm still under obligation to get permission before putting it up. So, it's down, no harm done. They know, I know. But, the point is to pay attention to what you sign - and remember that you signed it. And don't complain when someone holds you to it.

Information Design

2 links to share while I slowly work towards getting my site moved over (been a bit busy).

Visual Complexity

Aeriform

I didn't forget to write the post about organization and design, but I'm a fundamentally dis-organized person when it comes to everything other than design.

New Server & Upgraded

Well, finally got the site moved over. If you're able to see this, you're on the new server. The blog will probably be a mess until I get to dig through all of the Movable Type template info for MT4 (the previous blog was 3.2 or 3.3, I forget which) and get the old content imported.
